Gianni Moscatelli dining chairs for Formanova, faux-fur, Italy, 1968, set of twelve.
These chairs represent timeless items designed by Gianni Moscatelli for Formanova in 1968. Its design features pure and functional lines, enhanced by some contrasting details. Recently reupholstered in faux fur, these chairs feature a patinated iron four-leg structure. The genius of the designer is visible in the two side connecting elements that link the bottom structure to the backseat, merging structural needs with esthetics. Moscatelli founded his own company Formanova in 1930 in Meda, the heart of Brianza, creating a line of products endowed with a design of pure and functional lines.
