Primitive Monumental Totemic Wooden Thrones, Italy, 1990s, Set of 5

Five thrones made from reclaimed wood, sharing arrowhead crests, slotted backs and keyhole-shaped inlays in the base. Each has carved details that set it apart. Arranged in a row, they form a single, rhythmic composition. The set suits a large dining table, a boardroom or a long wall, where the repeated silhouettes create a sense of procession.
