Gianni Pinna ceiling lamp, copper and glass, Italy, 1970s.

Gianni Pinna designed this unique tribal-themed flush-mount ceiling lamp in 1970, drawing clear inspiration from his homeland, Sardinia, and the art of the Nuragic civilization. This surface-mounted fixture lamp features a drum-shaped shade made of hammered copper, showcasing the artist's distinctive style. The hammering technique creates varying depths and accents in the design, adding a sense of three-dimensionality that is further emphasized by the light. An opaline glass diffuser provides a soft, diffused light, enhancing any space with its warm glow.
This piece is a one-of-a-kind example of Pinna's work, blending traditional Sardinian motifs with modern design elements.
