A striking pair of bedside tables consciously attributed to Frattini's long collaboration with Bernini, executed entirely in black lacquered wood with the characteristic cylindrical pedestal base that lifts the cubic case off the floor. Each unit holds four shallow drawers fitted with small ring pulls in red-lacquered metal — a precise, graphic accent that calls to mind the chromatic punctuation Ettore Sottsass and Joe Colombo were exploring in the same years. The top panel features a subtle overhang with softly rounded corners, the lacquer surfaces retaining their depth and integrity throughout. In its formal economy and material discipline, the piece sits naturally alongside the best of mid-1960s Italian production — Frattini's own work for Cassina, or the rigorous geometries of Ignazio Gardella and Vico Magistretti.

The set can be split. The nightstands can be sold singularly.
