Jonathan De Pas, Donato D'Urbino, and Paolo Lomazzi designed the "Carrera" modular sofa for BBB Bonacina in 1969. This pop art-inspired piece features soft, regular forms with a fully padded polyurethane foam structure. The modular design includes different-shaped sections that can be arranged freely, allowing customization to fit various spaces.
The design showcases elegant lines, highlighted by the notches in the seat and backrests. The corner elements feature smooth curves, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal. Each section has two large curves, and the seating area includes a ribbed part, enhancing comfort and style.
