Constructivist Abstract Wooden Sculpture, 1990s.

Two broad blades lean outward like open wings, each pierced by a ladder of narrow rungs cut cleanly into the wood. Between them rises a central column of wavy slats, ribbed and layered, which gives the piece a strong sense of order and rhythm. Along the cut edges, a line of red appears as a graphic outline, a bright accent against the rich, chestnut-brown grain. The sculpture stands on a half-moon block and a rounded plinth, and a number is marked on the plinth. The signature is carved on the column.
