Guido Faleschini “Teorema” Modular Sofa for Mariani, Italy, 1974
Guido Faleschini designed this rare modular sofa as a part of the “Teorema” collection for Mariani in 1974. It’s an unconventional sofa featuring different modular elements, easily movable to customize the composition. Each module is unique for its unusual shapes and the inclusion of details such as leather straps and metal shelves. This playful piece of furniture allows you to enjoy changing the layout and creating a redesigned space thanks to its combination of curves, corners, volumes, and holes. The “Teorema” sofa is upholstered with the original velvet, wears a nice patina, and is marked with the Mariani logo underneath.
